Computer Wizard

I started out wondering where Super Mario went when he went down a pipe. That curiosity led me to study Computer Science from high school to university, expanding my horizons into low-level systems, AI, physics, and statistics.

Biography

My journey into technology began with a simple, childhood question: where did Super Mario go when he went through a pipe? That curiosity about how video games work under the hood ignited a spark, leading me to study Computer Science throughout high school and now at Sapienza University of Rome.

Over the years, my horizons have expanded far beyond the boundaries of video games. Today, my core focus is exploring how the abstract, information-exchanging world of pure computer science can interact with, model, and actively transform the physical world—whether through the lens of statistics, physical simulations, low-level hardware controls, or artificial intelligence.

I specialize in bridging systems and graphics, exploring low-level mechanics, and implementing modern machine learning algorithms. I believe in writing robust code and designing minimal, highly expressive interfaces. Admittedly, I have built relatively few systems with these concepts so far, and I am still very much on the way to getting my hands dirty.
